Quality Shipping Containers
We use only once used shipping containers as the structural frame for
the units. All materials, fixtures and equipment are new and commercial / institutional grade. The units will last for many years. Our product gives you more for your dollar than traditional construction. By constructing the units in a controlled environment and using standardized commercial /institutional grade materials, we can offer more square footage or a more affordable unit than stick built or masonry site-built structures.
Environmentally Friendly
We take used steel containers and repurpose them. For each unit built 7,800 LBS worth of steel is refurbished without using energy to melt it down. The units are designed to leave a small footprint on the site. If relocation is desired, the units can easily be disassembled and moved. The units are lit with skylights that have solar cells in the light tunnel that charge an LED light for nighttime use. Solar powered exhaust fans are also offered upon request.
Maintenance
The units are designed to be easily washable, the wall and ceiling panels are installed to be waterproof. The epoxy flooring and fixtures are easy to clean. Mild cleaning solutions are recommended.
